Having selected a variety of aged rums based on a strict criteria involving processing types, barrel types, amount of aging, composition, etc., we blend portions of the different aged rums with our own unaged distillate.

We take the blend and place it in used bourbon barrels for an additional 2+ years along with Kiawe (Hawaiian slightly-sweet mesquite) wood staves for added spice flavor.
